The Inspection Process:

 

This is a NO pressure, NO obligation inspection!

 

• Inspector will promptly arrive and introduce himself and our company to all owners of the property. (It is very important to have all homeowers available for the inspection due to the amount of information that will be provided).

 

 

•Our inspector will examine both the interior and exterior of the home, searching for obvious problems such as gutters, downspout drainage, exessive water in the yard, any obvious founation/settlement cracks, efflorescence/discoloration of blocks, damaged drywall/ panelling/ baseboard, ect.

 

 

• Our inspector will then make a diagnosis and sit down with homeowners to go over findings and provide a written estimate for all the recommended solutions available. Pictures, diagrams, and references are also available at this time. We highly recommend you ask questions at this time to gain a full understanding of your problem and it's solution.
