How long does the inspection take?
It depends on what type of problem you are having and how many questions you have. We allow up to 2 hours of free consultation but it usually doesn't take that long.
How long have you been in business?
Our parent company opened in Michigan in 1972. We opened our Maryland office in 1994.
What type of waterproofing do you do?
There are several different methods that we use to correct a water problem including interior, exterior, grading, ect. The method we use depends on what type of problem you are having.
How long are your estimates good for?
Our estimates are subject to change after 90 days depending if the problem gets any worse.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. The inspector will go over all of our financing options at your request. In addition we accept all major credit cards.
I have a finished basement with drywall. Is that a problem?
This is usually not a problem, however each case will be evaluated individually.
How do I choose the right contractor?
Check references and referrals from previous customers. Also contact the Better Business Bureau and review rating and complaint history. Check the local licensing centers for your state and requirements. Always get a written contract that is reviewed carefully, make sure you obtain a carbon copy for your file as well.
